Our Patient Care Coordinators play an important role in the overall patient experience. This position may include greeting patients, answering calls and messages, coordinating appointments, assisting with office flow, supporting communication between patients and practitioners, and helping maintain a warm and organized front office environment.
Qualifications vary depending on the role. For licensed clinical positions, applicants should hold all required active Florida licenses, certifications, and professional credentials relevant to their field.
Previous experience in a wellness, healthcare, or patient-service environment is helpful, but professionalism, alignment with the practice, and a strong patient-centered mindset are equally important. We value maturity, accountability, and a willingness to contribute positively to team culture.
