Massage Services

Lambert Wellness focuses on therapeutic, deep tissue and medical massage to reduce pain and improve muscle function. 

Services are available as 60 or 90 minutes. Each session is customized with hot towels, aromatherapy and Salves with CBD and/or Chinese herbs to aid pain relief.

Deep Tissue Massage

Targeted massage to provide relief of chronic pain conditions increasing range of motion and flexibility. $120/$170/$250

Manual Lymph Drainage

Light touch therapy to reduce swelling and edema. Especially helpful for any surgical recovery.  $145/$205

Craniosacral

Gentle touch therapy geared to improve nerve and cognitive function, relieve pain, and induce relaxation. May be done fully clothed.  $145/$205

Reflexology

Experience an ancient healing technique that stimulates zones on hands and feet to affect systems of the body. 75/$105

Medical Massage

Goal oriented to treat your needs, specific protocols are used to treat dysfunctions in the muscles to increase function and movement.  $145/$210

Cupping

Cupping uses suction to increase blood flow to areas of pain. The cups are placed in areas of pain such as back and shoulders. It helps with tense muscles, pain, tension, stress, anxiety, and headaches. 

Cupping can also be used in lymph drainage as a manual treatment to help remove fluids and toxins from the area.
